Mindful Mondays

Mindful Mondays provide an opportunity to take part in a weekly mindfulness meditation session on Zoom at 7.00pm and 8.00pm. These sessions are for everybody, all ages, and range of experience. It is a space that provides connection, mindfulness meditation support, and a gentle place to settle for 45 minutes with an emphasis on self-kindness and self-compassion.

Mindful Mondays create a space to pause and to develop our ability to focus on the breath, cultivating moment-to-moment awareness with an attitude of gentle kindliness. Wherever we find ourselves in life, Mindful Mondays create a place to rest, recharge and replenish. Regular attendance at the sessions has helped individuals to experience reduced levels of anxiety and stress, improved sleep patterns, and greater emotional resilience.

Each session includes a short settling in meditation, mindfulness poetry linked to the key concept for the evening, and guided mindfulness meditation practice.
